Today i showed the first signs of me being dominant when it comes to people not doing their job properly at work by forcing this guy to rewash something OVER and OVER again until it was cleaned properly.
I've never done anything like this and I'm pretty sure it's going to come in handy in the future as when it comes to EVERYONE bitching about one person, i need to step in and push them until they get it done EVEN if they hate me afterward because NO ONE gives a shit.
